Provides an interface to 'OpenML.org' to list and download
machine learning data, tasks and experiments. The 'OpenML' objects can be
automatically converted to 'mlr3' objects.
For a more sophisticated interface which also allows uploading to 'OpenML',
see the 'OpenML' package.
